Jumeirah Group has debuted its new landmark serviced residence, Jumeirah Living Marina Gate, at Dubai Marina.

One of just four Jumeirah Living properties across the globe, this serviced residence’s arrival is a significant addition to Dubai’s impressive hospitality scene. We take a closer look.

A landmark development

Newly unveiled by Jumeirah Group, the luxury hospitality company and member of Dubai Holding, Jumeirah Living Marina Gate promises to provide an exceptional lifestyle experience. The serviced residence, which caters to guests seeking extended-stay and serviced-living options, occupies the third and final tower of Select Group’s flagship Marina Gate development.

This important gateway property now comprises 508 branded residences, encompassing 104 serviced apartments for longer stays, 389 private residences, and 15 villas available for sale. Each apartment, residence and villa has been designed to make the most of its views and all come with expansive living spaces, open-plan kitchens, lavish bedrooms and comfortable workspaces.

Shared facilities on top of this include a temperature-controlled infinity pool, dual-level gym, business centre and 370 sq m residents’ lounge. Ultimately, Jumeirah Group aims to combine the luxury of a five-star hotel with the privacy and comfort of home.

A new lifestyle destination for Dubai

As well as placing residents at the heart of Dubai Marina, the site provides convenient access to key transport hubs, including the Dubai Metro, Dubai Tram, water taxis and walkways, and is a short walk from many of the city’s celebrated dining, entertainment, sporting and wellness destinations. The development’s first two towers, which were handed over in 2018 and 2019, have already proven popular with Dubai Marina residents for their fitness amenities and retail offering.
