The first ever Hyatt-branded hotel has opened in the Republic of Ireland.

The Hyatt Centric The Liberties is in one of the capital’s most historic neighbourhoods, and close to lots of Dublin’s top attractions.

We find out more.

Hyatt comes to Ireland

Ireland has welcomed its first ever Hyatt-branded hotel, in the form of the Hyatt Centric The Liberties, in the capital of Dublin. Located on a historic site in one of the oldest parts of the city, this hotel will showcase the best traditional and modern Dublin has to offer.

Several ancient artefacts are on display at the hotel, which were uncovered during the property’s construction, some of which date back almost 900 years. Visitors are also within walking distance of the Guinness brewery, Christchurch cathedral and the Irish Museum of Modern Art.

“Dublin is world-renowned for its cultural heritage and as a buzzing business hub, making it a natural fit for the vision of the Hyatt Centric brand. In addition to providing sophisticated accommodations and personalized service, this is the perfect hotel for travellers with an adventurous spirit, wanting to explore all the destination has to offer,” said John O’Sullivan, Chairman of Hodson Bay Group who manage the hotel.

Features and amenities at the Hyatt Centric The Liberties

This 234-key property offers guests more than just direct access to the most popular attractions in Dublin. It also provides a peaceful and tranquil stay in one of the relaxing and spacious rooms, or in one of the nine exclusive suites.

There are also exquisite dining options at Hyatt Centric The Liberties – the signature Liberties Gate Restaurant and the Liberties Gate Bar, which showcases not only the best of local cuisine but also the best local whiskey and porter.

The hotel is also ideal for business travellers who can avail of the ample meeting and conference facilities on site, with over 4000 sqft (370 sqm) of flexible meeting and event space. A 24-hour fitness centre will ensure guests can keep active while they travel.
