InterContinental returns to Serbia

IHG Hotels & Resorts will be bringing its InterContinental Hotels & Resorts brand to Serbia after 20 years, in partnership with Delta Holding.

Belgrade bound

Expected to open by the end of 2026, InterContinental Belgrade will feature 203 rooms, including 28 Premium Rooms, 15 Junior Suites, 2 Superior Suites, 2 Executive Suites and a Presidential Suite with panoramic views of the city.

The hotel will include a sky pool, rooftop restaurant and bar, and terrace complete with fine dining. There will also be a spa and wellness centre, ballroom, lobby lounge, café, patisserie and meeting spaces.

New mixed-use development

InterContinental Belgrade will be ideally in the ‘Delta District’, a new mixed-use development in Belgrade’s business and financial centre, offering direct connections from the city’s newly renovated Sava Centar, which is the largest convention and exhibition space in the region.

InterContinental Belgrade will also join a growing portfolio of nearly 20 open and pipeline properties across the Balkans in Albania, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia and the Northern Republic of Macedonia.
