With renovation done, the hotel will welcome guests from June 19, 2019 with the newly added Panorama Suites up for booking from Aug. 1
After four months of renovation, guests of the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol will soon be able to experience the hotel’s seven new Panorama Suites.
With the opening of the Panorama Suite Superior with 76 sqm (818 sq ft) of living space, the four 117-sqm (1,260 sq ft) Deluxe Suites and the two 200-sqm (2,152 sq ft) Grand Suites, one of the most spectacular remodelling projects of the 5-star superior hotel near Seefeld will be completed.
“From Aug 1, we will welcome the first guests to the new Panorama Suites on the 7th floor of our hotel,” announced Karl Brüggemann, director of the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol.
Room with a view
With new residential units on the top floor granting unrestricted panoramic views of the surrounding mountains from all rooms, the hotel aims to offer its guests a whole new level of exclusivity and privacy.
The frameless floor-to-ceiling windows, added by the Swiss architects from Monoplan, almost dissolve the boundaries between the indoors and outdoors, thus blending nature and living space into a larger whole.
“The 7th floor is 1,375 metres (4,511 ft) above sea level and has a patio size of 882 sqm (9,494 sq ft). In addition, almost 300 sqm (3,229 sq ft) of windows were fitted to grant our guests sweeping views of the impressive mountain landscape,” said the hotel manager.
Luxurious abode in the Alps
In addition to the terraces and the view, each of the suites has a living lounge, a monsoon shower and a freestanding bath. Furnishings and decor come in soothing natural tones.
With its two Panorama Suites Grand, the 5-star superior hotel opens a new level of exclusivity for its guests.
The Master Living Room has a dining room for up to eight people and a separate cooking facility. The dining area merges into a natural living area with leather armchairs clustered around a fireplace.
A panoramic niche by the window allows a view even in frosty outside temperatures. The private saunas and outdoor bathtubs on the terraces found in the two 200-sqm (2,368 sq ft) suites complete this ultimate private wellness getaway.
