Both properties, one Holiday Inn & Suites and one Staybridge Suites, are set to open in Q4 2025 in Taif, near Al Shafa mountain.

Holiday Inn & Suites Resort Taif will be suited for travellers looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway in Taif.
Alongside 140 comfortable accommodations including standalone chalets, guests will be able to access a variety of amenities including all-day dining, a speciality restaurant and a lobby lounge. The resort will also feature a swimming pool, fitness centre, retail shops, a cinema and a ballroom for special occasions.
Suite stay
Staybridge Suites Taif will feature a total of 140 standalone villas, studios, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, all offering unobstructed views of the mountain range.
The resort will encompass an all-day dining and a specialty restaurant, a fitness centre and a pool.

Saudi surge
IHG currently operates 40 hotels across five brands in Saudi Arabia, including: InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, voco and Staybridge Suites and has a strong pipeline of 32 hotels due to open in the next two to five years.
Upcoming additions include voco North Jeddah, InterContinental Riyadh King Fahed Road and Six Senses Alula.
