IHG Hotels & Resorts, in partnership with Dubai-based luxury real estate developer Sankari, is set to launch the world’s first standalone Regent Residences in Dubai.

Situated in the prestigious Marasi Marina area, the twin-tower development will feature 63 ultra-luxury residences and 10 floating homes. Designed by world-renowned architecture firm Foster + Partners, the project is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.

A New Standard for Luxury Living in Dubai

The twin towers will house full-floor residences, each equipped with a private swimming pool and expansive outdoor living spaces. These luxury homes offer views of Dubai Creek and Downtown Dubai.

Residents will have access to state-of-the-art amenities, including health and fitness centres, a golf simulator, a private cinema, and a gaming room. Sports enthusiasts can take advantage of the tennis and padel courts, while food lovers will enjoy a private dining room, cigar lounge, and wine cellar. Additional features include a business lounge, an expansive spa, and a dedicated residents’ lounge for social gatherings.

Dubai’s Growing Branded Residences Market

This flagship project reflects both IHG’s and Sankari’s commitment to elevating the branded residences market in Dubai, a sector experiencing rapid growth.

Haitham Mattar, Managing Director of IHG India, Middle East & Africa, noted the importance of expanding into this high-demand segment, stating that the collaboration with Sankari would allow IHG to strengthen its footprint in Dubai’s luxury market.

Located in one of Dubai’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, the Regent Residences Dubai – Sankari Place will offer unparalleled access to the city’s key business and entertainment districts, with direct connections to Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. This prime location, combined with the property’s exclusive offerings, positions it as a premier destination for those seeking luxury living in Dubai.

By introducing this standalone Regent Residence, IHG aims to bring a new level of sophistication to Dubai’s luxury real estate market while expanding its presence in key global cities.
