Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) is adding a Vivanta brand hotel to its slate with the renovation of a property in Jammu city.
The site in the Jammu and Kashmir winter capital will be overhauled following a management contract with KC Group.
City centre location
The 88-room Vivanta by Taj Jammu is strategically located in the city centre, a short driving distance from the airport as well as all major tourist attractions and commercial districts. Dining options at the hotel will include Mynt, the all-day dining restaurant, and a bar.
Recreational facilities will include a pool, fitness centre and spa. The property will also feature banqueting halls with meeting rooms for social and business gatherings. The hotel is slated to open at the end of 2022 after completing renovation.
Significant potential
