The agreement with developer Dolphin Terra Firma Pvt will see brownfield property, SeleQtions Sirmaur, opening in Q4 2024 in the northern Indian province.

The 42-key hotel, spread over six acres, offers panoramic views of the Shivalik mountain range. It is located at a convenient driving distance from the city of Chandigarh. With its natural beauty, cultural heritage and spiritual aura, Sirmaur offers many attractions for tourists.
The property will house an all-day diner, a bar as well as an outdoor cafe. Other recreation facilities will include a spa, swimming pool, and fitness centre.
New destination effort

Regional snapshot
With the addition of this hotel, IHCL will have five properties across the Taj and Vivanta luxury lines and the upscale SeleQtions brand in Himachal Pradesh, including two under development.
The pipeline projects for this region include Vivanta Dharamshala, delivering 100 keys in Q4 2025.
