The development of this 274-key hotel comes from an agreement between IHG Hotels & Resorts and the property developer Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited.
Drawing on the environment
Slated to open in 2026, Hotel Indigo The Forestias Bangkok will become a part of the city’s highly anticipated mixed-used Forestias development spanning 64 hectares on the eastern fringe of Bangkok. Nature will be the leading inspiration for the new hotel.

A new lifestyle hub
The new property by Hotel Indigo promises an immersive stay that brings you close to nature. The design will draw on the rich environment it’s surrounded by, in a development aiming to bring nature, wildlife and people together in harmony.
Guests of the new hotel will be able to make use of amenities including a cafe, lounge and pool bar, which serve dishes made from local ingredients, as well as a gym, swimming pool and more than 6,500 sq m of meeting space.
Within the development, the hotel will join retail, dining and entertainment options, alongside residential and office space, meeting areas and a hospital. The development will also be home to IHG’s 85-room Six Senses The Forestias hotel also featuring 27 residences close to a five-hectare forest park.
The hotel, and this development, will be just 20 minutes from Bangkok city centre and a 15-minute journey from Suvarnabhumi International Airport. Both the city centre and airport will be accessible by a high-speed rail link.
More growth is ahead for IHG in Thailand, with 39 hotels currently in operation and another 37 properties in the pipeline.
