This property will occupy an Art Nouveau building in the city of Satu Mare in Romania’s northern borderlands that’s known as a gateway to some of the country’s most picturesque landscapes.

Fitting in with the ethos behind this lifestyle brand, Hotel Indigo Satu Mare will celebrate the individuality of the neighbourhood it’s a part of through an upscale boutique hotel experience. The property is expected to open in 2025.

Local inspiration
On opening in 2025, Hotel Indigo Satu Mare will host guests in 62 design-led rooms and suites as well as a locally inspired restaurant, stylish cocktail bar and spa. The property will introduce guests to the city and its cultural identity.
The hotel has been signed under a franchise agreement with Dacia SRL, which is a subsidiary of Manevi ZRT, and it will be operated by the Hungarian hotel operator, Hotel & More.

Hotel Indigo Satu Mare will join three other IHG properties in Romania: Intercontinental Athénée Palace Bucharest, Crowne Plaza Bucharest, and Holiday Inn Bucharest-Times. Other properties including Crowne Plaza Constanta Mamaia Beach are also in the pipeline.
