The real estate investment and development company Continental Assets Management, together with Highgate, has announced the opening of AC Hotel by Marriott Honolulu. This property is strategically positioned in Oahu’s leading business district.
In this location, the hotel lies within easy reach of the nightlife, art and restaurant scene of Chinatown, as well as landmarks like the Hawaii State Capitol, Honolulu Hale and Iolani Palace.

The five-storey property distinguished by its floor-to-ceiling wrap-around windows and style-forward interiors is home to 112 guest rooms that provide a tranquil retreat from the surroundings. Interior decor in natural materials integrates purposeful design features like floating platform beds and integrated desks with ergonomic chairs. Amenities include DIY lavender turndown kits and hydration stations.
Guests can make use of the fitness centre, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment including Peloton bikes, and utilise an array of gathering and co-working spaces, which include the AC Lobby, AC Library and AC Lounge. Public spaces are flooded with natural light and decorated with sleek furnishings and artwork.
Within these public spaces is the AC Kitchen serving European-inspired breakfasts, AC Lounge offering tapas, craft beers, signature cocktails and globally selected wines, and Common Grounds for made-to-order coffee. The hidden speakeasy Yours Truly offers craft cocktails in eclectic interiors paying homage to the space that was once a satellite post office.
Catering to business travellers, the property is also home to 2,500 sq ft of indoor and outdoor event space, with comprehensive amenities and services completing the event offering.
