Holiday Inn lands at Dublin Airport

British hospitality giant IHG has partnered with JMK Group to open a 421-key newbuild Holiday Inn hotel with excellent transport links in the Irish capital.
The Emerald Isle’s eighth IHG hotel, Holiday Inn Dublin Airport is located just a ten-minute drive away from Dublin Airport T1 and T2, and 15 minutes from the city centre.
Enabling travellers to work, rest and play
The new Holiday Inn Dublin Airport boasts 421 well-appointed rooms that deliver a seamless guest experience, helping travellers to work, rest and play while on the road. Indeed, the central focus of the refreshed room design is the ‘Central Living’ area, a multifunctional space that gives visitors the freedom to use it in a variety of ways. Another highlight is the ‘Open Lobby’, a social hub that brings together the reception, restaurant, bar, business centre and lounge.
Garret O’Neill, general manager of Holiday Inn Dublin Airport, said: “We are delighted to be the newest Holiday Inn opening this year in Ireland, and more broadly across Europe. We look forward to welcoming guests and loyal IHG Rewards members to the hotel, which has excellent access to Dublin Airport and our vibrant city.”
What’s in store at Holiday Inn Dublin Airport
Holiday Inn Dublin Airport is the result of a partnership between IHG and JMK Group. John Kajani, JMK Group chairman, said: “We are really pleased to partner with IHG Hotels & Resorts and provide future guests with the unmatched comfort and hospitality that comes with staying at Holiday Inn Dublin Airport, a wonderful achievement in light of the ongoing pandemic.”
In terms of F&B, the newbuild hotel incorporates a full-service restaurant that’s open all day, a Starbucks coffee shop and a 24-hour snack bar. There are also flexible meeting facilities that can accommodate up to 120 attendees at a time, making the property particularly appealing to business travellers.
