Hilton has announced the signing of a new hotel under the group’s Hilton Garden Inn brand for Hyderabad in Pakistan.

Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad North will be a part of the Gohar Gateway masterplan development also encompassing a residential tower, mall and entertainment hub.

A prime location

Signed with real estate development company Gohar Paradise, Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad North is expected to open in 2027 as the first property under this brand in Sindh, Pakistan.

The property will be located within an area that’s seeing extensive development in the north of the city. By being a part of the Gohar Gateway mixed-use development, guests will have easy access to many restaurants and bazaars as well as shrines such as Lal Shahbaz Qalandar and Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai.

Carlos Khneisser, vice president, development, Middle East & Africa, Hilton, said: “We are delighted to announce the debut of Hilton Garden Inn in Pakistan’s bustling city of Hyderabad.”

“Located in the city’s up-and-coming North district, the property will offer business and leisure travellers contemporary accommodation options as they explore the exciting range of opportunities that the Gohar Gateway development and surrounding areas have to offer.”

“With eight hotels in Hilton’s pipeline across Pakistan, including three under our value-led Hilton Garden Inn brand, we are looking forward to expanding our presence in this rapidly developing market.”

Business and leisure

The hotel will be home to 141 guest rooms, including four family suites and accessible rooms, along with leisure facilities including a fitness centre, outdoor pool lobby cafe and juice bar. Guests will be able to make the most of the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, rooftop cafe and four meeting rooms, plus on-site parking.

On these plans Muhammad Hanif Gohar, chairman, Gohar Group of Companies at Gohar Paradise, commented: “Hyderabad is currently enjoying a period of growth, with the vibrant city offering many attractive options for both tourists and business travellers alike.”

“We are delighted to partner with Hilton and believe that the new Hilton Garden Inn will be a very popular choice for visitors. We look forward to welcoming guests to the hotel with its world-class service and amenities.”
