Hilton Worldwide has expanded its presence in India with the opening of a new full-service resort atop the scenic, terraced slopes of Saipem Hills in Goa.

The 104-key Hilton Goa Resorts boasts a beautiful setting and an enviable location – just ten minutes from the celebrated Candolim and Calangute beaches, and 34 km from Goa International Airport. We find out more.

Hilton makes a splash in Goa

Overlooking the Nerul River, Hilton Goa Resort is Hilton’s latest high-end offering in the world’s second most populous country. The picturesque property is operated by Hilton and owned by Soham Leisure Ventures.

Navjit Ahluwalia, senior vice president and country head, Hilton India, said: “Hilton Goa Resort marks a significant milestone in our journey to expand our presence in India and also gives us an added opportunity to offer our world-class hospitality to guests and Hilton Honors members.

“The opening of our third Hilton property in Goa is a testament to our commitment to expand our presence in destinations that are popular with travellers. The resort is equipped with all world-class amenities to offer exceptional experiences to our guests.”

Domestic and international appeal

This Hilton property boasts all of the signature style, service and amenities that have become synonymous with the brand down the years, allied with the excitement of having some of Goa’s most attractive vistas on its doorstep. The hotel is nestled among the terraces of the Saipem Hills, with panoramic views over the river below.

Guests can discover Goa through the hotel’s bespoke concierge service, which curates custom experiences in and around the state. Visitors to the hotel can indulge in wine tasting, yoga, cocktail-making and cooking classes, for instance, or satisfy their thirst for adventure with tours and activity packages to suit all ages and tastes.

There are three F&B options onsite: @Saipe, a contemporary all-day dining restaurant; the Doce coffee lounge; and the Coco bar and restaurant. Meanwhile, business travellers can avail themselves of the 17,600 sq ft of flexible meeting and event space, kids’ club and soon-to-open full-service spa.

Alexandra Jaritz, senior vice president, brand management, Hilton Asia Pacific, said: “Hilton Hotels & Resorts is recognised all over the world for the level of service and hospitality we bring to our guests. One of the key highlights of our flagship brand is its strategic location in the heart of some of the world’s most sought-after destinations and we are delighted to bring it to Goa, a thriving destination in India.

“With its plethora of facilities and services, we are confident the property will become a preferred getaway destination for both domestic and international travellers.”

Hilton Worldwide is a leading global hospitality company with a portfolio of brands spanning more than 6,000 properties around the world.
