One of Hilton Worldwide’s most prolific brands has opened its inaugural property in the country, a 170-room hotel near Vake Park and Turtle Lake in the capital Tbilisi.

Hilton Garden Inn’s footprint continues to grow at pace across the EMEA region.

Contemporary accommodation in a sought-after neighbourhood

The newly opened Hilton Garden Inn Tbilisi Chavchavadze marks the brand’s first foray into the Georgian hotel market. This bright and airy 170-room property is perfectly located at 64a Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue in the upmarket area of Vake, the city’s business and commercial hub, placing guests within easy reach of countless offices, shops and restaurants, as well as picturesque duo Vake Park and Turtle Lake.

“We are excited to bring Hilton Garden Inn to Georgia with the opening of Hilton Garden Inn Tbilisi Chavchavadze,” said Alan Roberts, global head, Hilton Garden Inn. “Tbilisi is a centre of commerce and a cultural hub, making it an ideal location for an affordable international brand like Hilton Garden Inn, with its modern amenities and warm, welcoming service.

“Across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, we’re seeing growing demand for Hilton Garden Inn, with plans to add 70 new hotels across the region in the next three to five years – and this hotel is an exceptional new addition to the portfolio.”

Guest-focused amenities

On top of the 170 rooms, equipped with a desk, a coffeemaker and the brand’s signature bedding, travellers will find various other convenient amenities onsite.

The Andazi restaurant boasts a modern yet cosy setting, and serves an appealing selection of international dishes as well as local specialities. And The Shop is a 24-hour grab-and-go space with a self-service coffee bar, providing healthy and indulgent bites for travellers to enjoy at any time of the day or night.

In addition, the scheme incorporates a business centre, a gym and 340 sq ft of versatile event space, which can accommodate up to 150 guests.

“This new property, opening just in time for the winter season in Tbilisi, offers guests convenient and inviting accommodations, whether travelling for business or leisure,” said general manager Adam Pruszkowski. “Our team members strive to make each guest’s stay better and brighter through heartfelt interactions and thoughtful service.”

Hilton Garden Inn Tbilisi Chavchavadze is owned by LLC Chavchavadze 64.
