Hilton Bogota Corferias is now home to the Colombian capital’s first Barbie hotel suite, which has launched with an array of Barbie-themed programming.

Available for stays until July 2024, this suite is designed to celebrate the fantasy and fun that Barbie personifies while also evoking a sense of nostalgia.

A Barbie immersion

Through this new accommodation offering and accompanying experiences, guests have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of the celebrated doll.

“Our design for this suite is inspired by the fans who grew up with the iconic Barbie doll. From the moment they arrive at the hotel, we want them to feel transported into a Barbie utopia. In this suite, every corner is tailored to create a sense of childhood nostalgia,” said John Freudenthaler, general manager, Hilton Bogota Corferias.

“We would like to thank our partners at Mattel for helping us bring this Barbie dreamworld to life; this innovative offering for our guests will surely create new memories for years to come.”

A nostalgic stay

The suite is located on the hotel’s 13th floor overlooking the city and Eastern Hills. The 552-sq-ft suite accommodating up to four guests, which is also pet-friendly, now features shades of pink accompanied by patterned graphics, contemporary Barbie artwork and Barbie-themed pink and white furnishings, including vanity, along with a faux fur white rug. Amenities within the suite include themed robe, slippers and towels.

Outside the suite experience, this same theme is reflected through programming including having a party hosted by the indoor pool, joining in on fashion and bakery master classes and indulging in a picnic on the hotel’s terrace with snacks and drinks that are inspired by Barbie.

During their stay, guests can dine at OKA Grill House and Bon Market. Here, culinary creations have been given a touch of Barbie’s colour palette through their use of fresh fruits and other local ingredients.
