Hilton Worldwide has grown its presence in South-East Asia with the launch of Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort in the thriving Clark Freeport Zone.

Owned by Donggwang Clark Corporation, the 308-room Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort has now opened its doors to the public. We find out more about this exciting property.

Clark’s new hub for business and leisure guests

Only a 12-minute drive from Clark International Airport as well as the city’s business hubs – and just a stone’s throw from entertainment attractions such as Clark Museum, Aqua Planet and Nayong Pilipino – Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort is expected to prove very popular among travellers.

This opening marks Hilton Worldwide’s third launch in the Philippines after Conrad Manila and Hilton Manila. The property will benefit from its location in the heart of Clark, which has become more than just a free port zone; over the past few years, high-profile festivals and celebrations like the Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta, the Vios Racing Festival and the Philippine International Pyromusical Competition have regularly drawn large crowds of leisure guests to the area.

“We are delighted to welcome Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort to the Hilton family as our third hotel in the country,” said Paul Hutton, vice president, operations, South East Asia, Hilton.

“Hilton is on a promising growth trajectory in the Philippines, with the launch of Conrad Manila back in 2016 followed by Hilton Manila in 2018. This is testament to our commitment to the Philippines and we are confident emerging destinations in the country, such as Clark, are well-positioned to cater to both business and leisure travellers from within and outside the Philippines.”

Bringing Hilton’s signature service to Clark

Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort boasts the very latest technology, such as digital key-enabled doors. Meanwhile, three F&B outlets cater for a variety of tastes, offering everything from local and international dishes to light snacks and cocktails.

Those looking for a relaxing break can decompress at the onsite fitness centre, chill out by the outdoor pool, use the walking and jogging paths or book a treatment at the wellness centre. In addition, event organisers will no doubt appreciate the over 1,800 sq m of meeting space, which includes a 1,010 sq m pillarless ballroom for up to 1,200 guests and seven meeting rooms.

“As our flagship brand, Hilton Hotels & Resorts is known the world over for its exceptional service, delivered by a team of committed and passionate team members,” said Alexandra Jaritz, senior vice president, brand management, Asia Pacific. “Our Hilton hotels have also set the benchmark for hospitality around the world, providing new product innovations and services to meet guests’ evolving needs.

“I am confident Hilton Clark offers domestic and, in the longer term, international travellers to Clark exactly that and more with its strategic location and a wide range of leisure facilities that are all readily accessible, providing an all-encompassing experience for guests staying with us.”
