Hilton announced the debut of its flagship brand Hilton Hotels and Resorts in Guiyang, with the opening of Hilton Guiyang, a new-build 299-room, state-of-the-art hotel in the Guanshanhu district.

The breathtaking natural scenery, coupled with the authentic local culture, makes Hilton Guiyang a unique offering in the heart of a thriving business hub. Hilton Guiyang is poised to be an ideal destination for business and family travellers visiting from across the globe.

“Guiyang is an important economic growth engine in West China, and its economy thrives on travel, big data and the environmental industry. We are thrilled to launch Hilton Guiyang as it brings new vitality and rejuvenates the region’s tourism sector, and we look forward to growing with the Guizhou province,” said Qian Jin, area president for Greater China and Mongolia, Hilton.

“With the opening of Hilton Guiyang, Hilton will further fulfil the ever-growing demands of business and leisure customers in Guizhou, consistently delivering personable service and meaningful experiences that elevate travelers’ journeys.”

Hilton Guiyang is conveniently located in the Guanshanhu district, the new political and economy center of the city, which gives the hotel an easy access to the major business center, government departments and Guiyang International Convention and Exhibition Center. Guests can easily walk to the beautiful Guanshanhu Park, which is just 800 meters away. The Guiyang metro station is also in close walking distance, enabling all guests to explore this vibrant city easily.

“We have been anticipating the launch of a landmark brand like Hilton Hotels & Resorts, a true beacon of hospitality, and we are thrilled to be fulfilling this demand with the opening of Hilton Guiyang, bringing world-class service to the region,” said Guilan Ge, president of the owning company, Guiyang Dongjing Real Estate Development Co. LTD. “Hilton Guiyang is the perfect destination for creating memorable experiences for Chinese and international guests alike.”

Exceptional dining

Hilton Guiyang’s four dining outlets are designed with guests’ preferences in mind, where they can enjoy a range of dining offerings to meet their different needs.

  • Kitchen craft is a flexible all-day-dining concept offering a wide variety of local and international mouth-watering cuisine. This dynamic restaurant boasts live cooking stations, allowing guests to see the action first-hand, interact with the chefs and savor healthy dishes.
  • NoDu is modern with a local vibe. Guests will be able to enjoy a selection of homemade noodles and dumplings from the different regions of China, prepared live at a “bowl-shaped” noodle-making station.
Qingya is the hotel’s fine dining Chinese restaurant, welcoming guests with a bronze Pen Zai tree sculpture — a symbol of culture, prestige and honor. Inspired by the mastery of the four arts — the zither, painting, calligraphy and the game of Wei Qi — Qingya boasts unique design, authentic ambience and traditional yet creative dishes made with the freshest local produce.
  • The Residence provides guests a spacious and inviting living room atmosphere to relax in, offering a perfect marriage between a café and boutique patisserie with grab and go options. Guests can also mingle over beers and locally made cocktails.

Sophisticated amenities

The hotel offers 299 Digital Key-enabled bright and tastefully decorated guest rooms and 17 suites, well suited for business travelers, or families on vacation. Guests staying on Executive floors have the exclusive access to the Executive Lounge, where they can hold a meeting in the afternoon or wind down over an enjoyable drink during cocktail hour. Additionally, guests can indulge in a luxurious experience at the Presidential suite, which boasts 206 square meters of style and comfort, a separate living space, a meeting and study room, a kitchenette and a large bathroom with a whirlpool tub.

Guests can enjoy a variety of wellness options, including a 24-hour fitness center that offers free daily yoga classes, a sauna and steam room, a large indoor pool with a beautiful sun deck and a whirlpool. Guests can nurture their wellbeing and unwind in the spa, which offers seven treatment rooms, then step out to a lush rooftop garden with spectacular city views.

Hilton Guiyang is also an entertaining destination for children, with activities ranging from a kids’ pool and dedicated kids’ club, to guest room amenities including toys, pop-up play tents and kid-sized bathrobes and slippers.
