A coastal-inspired beachfront scheme with 99 well-appointed guestrooms, studios and suites has opened on the Hillsboro Mile, one of the Sunshine State’s most exclusive addresses.

In a plot commanding views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway, Hillsboro Beach Resort features a range of attractive amenities, including an oceanfront pool, seaview ballroom and soon-to-open restaurant.

An exclusive coastal enclave

In this brand-new luxury upscale resort, open interiors adorned with modern artwork by David Paul Kay are complemented by beachfront views and a luxurious feel.

“After much anticipation, we are delighted to introduce guests to our wonderful spot on Hillsboro Mile,” said Duncan Clements, the resort’s general manager. “This resort embraces south Florida’s finest offerings, from the beach to local shopping, culture and outdoor activities. Whether guests are lounging poolside or kayaking the Intracoastal, Hillsboro Beach Resort is the ideal spot to refresh and renew.”

The hotel is a 40-minute journey from Palm Beach International Airport and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and 20 minutes from Boca Raton Executive Airport. From here, guests have easy access to sought-after neighbourhoods for shopping and fine dining – and can take advantage of Intracoastal dock space for boats up to 40 ft.

Oceanfront luxury

This resort, which is managed by Driftwood Hospitality Management, houses 99 guestrooms, studios and suites. All guestrooms come with amenities ranging from luxury linens and rain showers to French terry cloth robes and Lavazza coffeemakers, and some suites include separate bedrooms and private balconies with ocean views.

Highlights of the property include its oceanfront swimming pool and well-equipped fitness centre, as well as a ballroom with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning vistas across the Atlantic. During their stay, guests also have complimentary use of paddleboards, kayaks and beach cruisers.

The internationally inspired restaurant, Roí, with a culinary offering by Chef Jason Antolak, is set to open in November 2021 within a space that includes beachfront outdoor patio seating.
