Hilding Anders supplied beds to one of Oslo’s most hyped hotels
Oslo’s new luxury hotel “Amerikalinjen” which opened in mid-march, is a new, elegant, hotel in downtown Oslo that has 122 room. Hilding Anders was the supplier of beds to this hotel that really holds a truly genuine story.
The hotel is placed in a historical building where Norwegian migrants passed in order to access boats that were going to America. The hotel is part of the Nordic Choice Hotels family owned by Petter Stordalen who shortly before the opening of Amerikalinjen opened the second largest hotel in Scandinavia to date, Clarion Hotel “The Hub” with more than 800 rooms.
Amerikalinjen is in a building that has been restored in a way so that it preserves its heritage, whilst also including features that are more modern with design elements from not only Scandinavia, but also Italy and France.
“It was really fun to support our customers in this endeavor, being able to provide state of the art bedding with a hotel that has such an interesting concept”, says Jonas Dovrén, Sales Manager Contract at Hilding Anders.
Hilding Anders has been supplying beds to Nordic Choice Hotels since the early 2000s and has grown into becoming a very close business partner to the hotel chain in the Nordics.
