Highline ventures into DC

HHP is a hospitality investment platform launched by Highline Real Estate Partners, which has acquired several Marriott, Hilton and other chain hotels across the continental United States.

Built in 2022, Hilton Garden Inn Courthouse Plaza is a 193-room, premium select-service hotel located in Arlington’s Rosslyn-Ballston corridor. It’s within walking distance from a DC Metro station and is easily accessible from downtown Washington DC.

Walking distance from the big sights

The hotel also contains a full-service restaurant, approximately 3,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, a fitness centre and on-site parking in an underground garage.

This is HHP’s first foray into the Washington DC metro area and is also the group’s 12th property.

“The acquisition of Hilton Garden Inn Arlington Courthouse Plaza represents our first property in the DC metro area, where I was born and raised,” said Chuck Pomerantz, managing partner, Highline Hospitality Partners.

“This addition further diversifies our portfolio with another premium select-service hotel, bringing our total portfolio to 12 hotels comprising approximately a 3,400 key count.”

Highline Hospitality Partners has selected Stepstone Hospitality as the hotel’s third-party manager.
