True North Companies has chosen HEI Hotels & Resorts as the management company for a new boutique hotel in Roswell, which will feature interiors from Sims Patrick Studio.

Hospitality investment and management company HEI Hotels & Resorts is promising to capture the spirit of Roswell, Georgia in this exciting property.

Cultural inspiration

On opening, the new Kimpton hotel in Roswell will host guests in the West Alley Roswell mixed-used development. West Alley Roswell’s developer True North Companies has now chosen HEI Hotels to manage this property, based on the company’s track record of bringing a sense of place into hotels and representing the local culture.

“HEI is proud to be a part of the West Alley project and will take great care to create a hotel that is in keeping with the charm and spirit of Roswell,” said Anthony Rutledge, managing partner and CEO of HEI Hotels & Resorts. “This is a special community, and we are delighted to be working with True North and the West Alley team to reinvigorate the heart of the city.”

Walt Gill, president of True North Companies, added: “We’re honoured to be working with our new partners at HEI and Kimpton to elevate a new brand of Southern hospitality in the heart of Roswell. Their expertise and accomplishments in designing and delivering unparalleled experiences will allow us to provide a one-of-a-kind destination for the city’s leisure guests and its corporate travellers alike.”

A new hub for Roswell

This new property will exhibit the interior design of Atlanta-based design firm Sims Patrick Studio. Guests can expect 125 well-appointed guestrooms with modern amenities and curated spaces designed to represent the local area.

The hotel’s multi-level lobby space will connect guests to a chef-driven restaurant and rooftop bar, along with event, meeting and breakout spaces, and event hospitality suites. Guests will also benefit from access to the wider development’s retail offering and outdoor areas.

Other amenities planned within the mixed-use site, which looks set to transform Roswell Historic District, include restaurants, a green space for the community and parking.
