Vadistanbul welcomes new Radisson Residences
A new 169-unit Radisson Residences complex joins the existing Radisson Blu Hotel at the Vadistanbul complex in the Turkish city of Istanbul.
Vadistanbul is a shopping, entertainment and hospitality development in the heart of the city and is already established as a popular destination for both locals and tourists.
Radisson Residences Vadistanbul is a new-build property which will offer 169 beautifully designed apartments for short-, medium- and long-term stays. Guests will also have access to a modern gym, spa and swimming pool.
Michel Stalport, Area Senior Vice President Eastern Europe, Russia and Turkey, said, “We are delighted to bring yet another stunning property to Istanbul – and, with this newly built property, we further strengthen our position as the leading international hotel group in Turkey. This is a one-of-a-kind residence that will provide guests with memorable moments in the heart of Istanbul. We would like to thank once again our existing partner at Vadistanbul as we proudly introduce this complementary offering to such a unique destination.”
Radisson’s first hotel opens in Hangzhou
Radisson expands its presence in China with a new opening in one of the country’s most prominent cities, Hangzhou, in the province of Zhejiang.
The Radisson Hangzhou Qianjiang opened recently, further expanding Radisson’s portfolio and bringing the group’s signature standard of service to the city of Hangzhou.
This new hotel boasts 186 guest rooms and suites and is conveniently located in the centre of the new Qianjiang Century City development, only 20 minutes from the airport.
It overlooks Qiantang River and is within walking distance of the many attractions, amenities and entertainment offerings of Qianjiang Century City.
The Radisson Hangzhou Qianjiang appeals to both business and leisure travellers alike, who can relax in the Lobby Lounge after a hard day’s work or entertain clients in the Sky Pavilion, an eatery which serves delicious Chinese cuisine.
A state-of-the-art business and conference centre and a wellness area complete the property.
“We are delighted to open Radisson Hangzhou Qianjiang, as we continue to bring our collection of world-class brands to China’s most dynamic destinations. Hangzhou is the perfect fit for Radisson; a regional center of business and tourism, a key provincial gateway and part of the booming Yangtze River Delta region, this vibrant city is already visited by over four million international travellers every year and many millions more domestic guests,” said Gary Ye, Vice President, Operations, China.
