Four Seasons and Q Bayraq Real Estate Investments are collaborating on the creation of a new property in Doha’s landmark Pearl-Qatar development.
The new Four Seasons project will comprise a collection of luxurious apartments and residences set amid lushly landscaped gardens and on a private beach.
Growth in the region
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has partnered with the specialised real estate investment development company focusing on high-end projects in Qatar, Q Bayraq Real Estate Investments, to realise this exciting residential-style project in Doha.
“As Four Seasons continues to grow and diversify its development pipeline in the Middle East, we are proud to be part of The Pearl-Qatar development, an innovative project that will perfectly complement our existing hotel in the city,” said Bart Carnahan, president of global business development and portfolio management for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
“Four Seasons at The Pearl-Qatar offers a unique opportunity to be part of a community of residents and guests enjoying incredible on-site amenities and the unparalleled luxury service for which our company is renowned worldwide.”
Residential luxury
The 19-storey property will offer resort-style living at the heart of the city with 161 one- to three-bedroom apartments with kitchens, laundry facilities and expansive living areas including outdoor terraces that are available for both long and short stays.
The interiors of these apartments will be designed by Wimberly Interiors, with bespoke details setting each space apart. The property will also house 84 private residences, which will be available for purchase.
“The Pearl-Qatar project will boast breath-taking city and sea views, offering a luxurious destination on the waterfront for guests and residents,” said a spokesperson for Q Bayraq Real Estate Investments.
“We look forward to partnering with Four Seasons on this exceptional project in Doha, offering one-of-a-kind accommodations in a beloved and dynamic destination.”
The veteran hotelier Mehdi Zaanoun has been named general manager of the new Four Seasons at The Pearl-Qatar property.
