Element by Westin brand opens in Nashville

Nashville’s new eco-conscious hotel for extended-stay travellers features the innovative Studio Commons concept, which joins up to four rooms with a shared kitchen and living space.
Marriott International’s environmentally friendly Element by Westin brand has set up shop in Music City, with the launch of Element Nashville Vanderbilt West End.
An appealing family-friendly proposition
Another scheme from Noble Investment Group, and operated by Aimbridge Hospitality, the LEED-certified property is part of the oneCITY community in Nashville’s West End neighbourhood, close to Vanderbilt University, Music Row and Ryman Auditorium.
Featuring 175 studios and one-bedroom suites, the eco-conscious hotel has extended-stay travellers firmly in mind, with fully equipped in-room kitchens, Westin’s signature Heavenly Beds, and Studio Commons, where guests have the option to share a kitchen and living area with family or friends with up to four private adjoining rooms.
“We’re excited to deliver a distinctive upscale experience for our guests whether for short or longer stays,” said general manager Philip Forte. “From our welcoming open spaces to our wellness-focused amenities, we are proud to bring the renowned Element by Westin brand to Nashville.”
Element by Westin’s healthy lifestyle offerings
Aiming to help guests maintain everyday habits, the property offers a complimentary Rise breakfast featuring an array of healthy-eating options, as well as an all-natural saline rooftop pool, a 24-hour Motion Fitness centre and a Bikes to Borrow programme, where guests can borrow bicycles and helmets free of charge.
Elsewhere, there’s 1,420 sq ft of event space comprising two flexible meeting rooms, decked out with the usual offerings, while the Backyard Grill courtyard hosts a complimentary weeknight evening reception with wine, craft beer, soft drinks and appetisers against a memorable mountain-view backdrop.
