Element by Westin has increased its footprint in California’s Silicon Valley with the opening of a 194-suite extended-stay hotel aimed at business and leisure travellers alike.

The eco-focused Element by Westin San Jose Milpitas is home to a range of appealing facilities, including an outdoor pool, in a space distinguished by sleek and contemporary design.

A prime location

Owned by Dynamic City Capital and managed by Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group, the 194-suite Element by Westin San Jose Milpitas is now hosting guests at 521 Alder Drive in 521 Alder Drive, just five miles from San Jose International Airport and seven miles from downtown San Jose.

The five-storey property is conveniently located for guests to explore surrounding sites like California’s Great America theme park, San José Museum of Art, Levi’s Stadium and Legoland Discovery Center, as well as many of the Silicon Valley area’s businesses.

Mary Barco, general manager of Element by Westin San Jose Milpitas, said: “We are pleased to open our Element by Westin hotel in the San Jose area and bring the sustainable, nature-inspired Element brand to Milpitas. The brand is a standout in the extended-stay segment with bright modern design, eco-conscious standards and an innovative guest experience that resonates with today’s traveller.”

Catering for a variety of demographics

The hotel is designed with both business and leisure travellers in mind, with rooms from studios to three-bedroom suites offering flexible layouts. Each guestroom comes with its own workspace, spa-inspired bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.

During their stay, guests can take advantage of a complimentary healthy Rise breakfast, a Relax evening reception held from Mondays to Thursdays in the lobby, and a dog-friendly policy.

Facilities here range from the 24-hour Motion Fitness centre and a heated outdoor swimming pool to 630 sq ft of meeting space and an outdoor patio with barbecue grills. Moreover, the 24-hour gourmet pantry Restore and electric-vehicle charging stations add to the hotel’s convenience.
