Pendry West Hollywood, a stylish property with 149 luxurious rooms and suites plus 40 Pendry Residences by Montage Hotels & Resorts on the iconic Sunset Strip, is now accepting reservations for an autumn opening.

The long-awaited Pendry West Hollywood is set to launch imminently, featuring a total of 189 rooms and private homes, plus food-and-drink concepts led by renowned chef Wolfgang Puck. We take a closer look at this impressive project.

Easy access to the Sunset Strip

Hollywood is set to have a new must-visit location with the arrival of Pendry West Hollywood, based at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Olive Drive. This exciting property is the third addition to the Pendry Hotels & Resorts portfolio, alongside Pendry San Diego and Sagamore Pendry Baltimore. Developed by AECOM Capital and Combined Properties, it’ll provide guests and residence owners with instant access to the area’s high-end dining, shopping and nightlife destinations.

General manager David Hoffman said: “Pendry West Hollywood will be the destination in Los Angeles where distinctive design, immaculate attention to detail and simple sophistication meet a world-class culinary experience on the famed Sunset Strip. From custom interiors by Martin Brudnizki, to culinary concepts from Wolfgang Puck, we look forward to welcoming guests to the centre of life in LA at our flagship property located on one of the most iconic streets in the world.”

A world-class culinary experience

Amenities available to all guests and residents include a rooftop pool and bar; a multi-purpose live entertainment venue; a screening room; a bowling alley; a spa and state-of-the-art fitness centre; an expertly curated art collection; and multiple F&B concepts overseen by celebrated chef Wolfgang Puck.

Pendry Hotels & Resorts is a luxury hospitality brand from Montage International that aims to combine creative design with cultural aspects geared towards the modern world traveller. Each property looks to incorporate a unique take on contemporary style and focus on the local community and arts scene in its home city.
