A welcome addition to Brickell
Together, the Robert Finvarb Companies and Concord Hospitality have announced the debut of a distinctly designed dual-branded property in the Brickell neighbourhood of Miami. The complex comprises a 156-room AC Hotels-branded scheme and a 108-suite Element property alongside an array of shared facilities, including an outdoor rooftop pool, fitness centre, 4,683 sq ft of event space, and forthcoming rooftop bar and lounge Rosa Sky.
Set to be managed by The Restaurant People, Rosa Sky will open in the first quarter of 2022, complete with a light food menu and elevated cocktail programme.

Two distinct hotel experiences
AC Hotel Miami Brickell houses 156 spacious guestrooms with open closets, clutter-free desks and views over downtown Miami. Guests staying here will benefit from access to the onsite AC Library, AC Kitchen and AC Lounge.
Over at Element Miami Brickell, travellers are hosted in 108 sleekly designed suites with spacious layouts, in-room kitchens and city views. Among the notable amenities in this pet-friendly property are the Motion Fitness Centre and a business centre.
The 22-storey dual-brand property is situated at 115 SW 8th Street, placing it across from Brickell City Centre in the heart of the financial district. This location provides guests with easy access to the Port of Miami, Bayfront Park and FTX Arena, as well as LoanDepot Park and Mary Brickell Village.
