Dual-branded Hilton hotel launches in Colorado

Tharaldson Hospitality Management has launched a 228-room complex associated with two of Hilton Worldwide’s most prolific brands in the heart of the Centennial State.
A pair of new hotels have been unveiled on the outskirts of Colorado’s state capital, Denver.
On a roll in Boulder
Tharaldson Hospitality Management has announced the successful launch of Hilton Garden Inn Broomfield Boulder and Homewood Suites by Hilton Broomfield Boulder. The debut of these two properties, located steps away from Interlocken Technology Park and the FlatIron Crossing mall in Broomfield, means that the company now has 81 hotels open across the US.
This dual-branded scheme near Denver, which benefits from the inclusion of a heated indoor swimming pool, a fitness facility and an external sports court, is owned and operated by Tharaldson in accordance with its franchise agreement with Hilton Worldwide.
Justin Nicholls, opening general manager, said: “It has been such an incredible process working towards getting these two hotels open. It has been a culmination of efforts from the Tharaldson development team, as well as the amazing staff we have, to open these beautiful hotels to the public. We are excited to be a part of this great community here in Broomfield and look forward to welcoming our first guests.”
Striking vistas of the Rocky Mountains and the Flatirons
Hilton Garden Inn Broomfield Boulder features 122 rooms – most with impressive views across the Rocky Mountains and the Flatirons – complete with fridges, microwaves and coffeemakers. There’s also a grill and bar catering for breakfast and dinner guests, serving a range of locally inspired dishes, spirits and craft beers.
Meanwhile, extended-stay property Homewood Suites by Hilton Broomfield Boulder has 106 keys in total, comprising a variety of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. Each suite boasts a stove, dishwasher, full-size fridge and microwave.
Dean Manternach, vice president of operations at Tharaldson Hospitality Management, concluded: “Tharaldson Hospitality Management is very excited to add these two premier branded hotels to the Broomfield market.”
