Dream Hotel Group is to bring its distinct brand of luxury lifestyle hospitality to the Caribbean island of Saint Lucia with the opening of Cas en Bas Beach Resort by Dream Hotel Group in 2023.
The latest signing with Edward Wellington, CEO of UK-based resort development company Wellington Estates, marks the group’s first location in Saint Lucia and its second By Dream Hotel Group branded property in the Caribbean, following The Bight by Dream Hotel Group in Turks and Caicos.
Following the sun
Cas en Bas Beach Resort by Dream Hotel Group comprises two contemporary low-rise buildings and features multiple food and beverage venues, including the Ice Bar and restaurant with large, elevated terrace overlooking the pool, and one of the longest swimming pools in Saint Lucia.
The layout of the resort complex has been thoughtfully planned to follow the path of the sun, which passes over the pool through the day, while shielding luxury accommodations from excessive direct sunlight. A mix of sunny and shaded public areas, private terraces and elegant four-poster sunbeds are provided for guests seeking to sunbathe or chill, poolside or on the resort’s white sandy Cabana Beach.
Leisure amenities also include a champagne terrace and rooftop bar, signature restaurant, poolside dining, gym, spa treatments, and a beach bar and grill on the Cas en Bas Beach. The resort also offers a tapas-style wine bar, grab-and-go café, sports bar, business centre and guest services lounge, as well as a dedicated wellness centre and fitness facility available exclusively for Cas en Bas Beach Resort guests.
Boutique condos
The boutique condo-resort will feature 90 luxury accommodations, all with spacious, beautifully appointed bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, expansive living areas and kitchens with premium finishes throughout.
Each unit benefits from full height sliding doors that maximise the natural light and open onto private balconies for an indoor-outdoor tropical retreat. Dedicated concierges will be on hand to assist with guests’ day-to-day requirements before, during and after their stay, including pre-arrival delivery service of essential provisions.
