For our latest exclusive, we leverage data from the TOPHOTELPROJECTS construction database to better understand how Tauzia Hotel Management’s (Tauzia Hotels’) development pipeline is holding up amid Covid19.

Tauzia Hotels, which has a portfolio of more than 130 properties in operation and various stages of development, with a significant presence across both Indonesia and Malaysia, has certainly faced severe challenges as a result of the spread of coronavirus.

Founded in 2001 and a member of The Ascott, a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore-based real estate group CapitaLand, the Jakarta-headquartered hotel operator’s brands now include Préférence Hotels, Vertu Hotels, Harris Hotels, Fox Hotels, Yello Hotels and Pop! Hotels.

Tauzia Hotels’ development pipeline hasn’t stopped

According to information provided to TOPHOTELPROJECTS by the company, Tauzia Hotels currently has 63 projects in progress.

Of these, Harris Hotels and Yello Hotels are the most active brands with 19 projects each, followed by Pop! Hotels (12), Préférence Hotels (six), Fox Hotels (five) and Vertu Hotels (two):

How will Tauzia Hotels respond to coronavirus?

Established in 2001 Tauzia Hotel Management has turned into a prominent hotel management Group.
