In terms of F&B, Courtyard By Marriott Penang has Penang Kitchen, a stylish all-day dining restaurant showcasing a combination of local cultures, including Malay, Nyonya, Chinese and Indian, as well as international cuisines. Moreover, Gin Library, set to open in the last quarter of 2020, will be the island’s first and only distillery-themed bar, sporting Anglo-Indian design features and serving a range of gin and malt whisky spirits and handmade cocktails.
Other amenities at the property include a 24-hour fitness centre, an outdoor infinity pool overlooking Penang Hill and dynamic public spaces created to help switch smoothly between work and relaxation. For events, the hotel has a pillarless ballroom with room for up to 150 guests; there are also eight state-of-the-art meeting rooms and one VIP room, each offering the latest audio-visual equipment.
