Hilton’s famed Waldorf Astoria brand will be coming to Colorado, with the launch of Waldorf Astoria Residences Denver Cherry Creek.

Inspired living

The property will be completed in partnership with developer PMG. The residences will be the second luxury residential development between PMG and Hilton, including Waldorf Astoria Miami and Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami.

The 37 residences will be located in Denver’s sought-after Cherry Creek North neighborhood and will be Colorado’s first Waldorf Astoria‑branded property.

The condominium will be located at 185 N Steele St. Each fully-finished luxury residence will feature mountain and downtown views and range from 1350 square feet to 4320 square feet in size.

Concept design for the property is led by Denver-based Shears Adkins Rockmore in collaboration with architect Carlos Ott. Interior design firm BAMO will take over interiors for the project, with a design brief inspired by the surrounding snow-capped Rockies.

The ground level will feature a Waldorf Astoria Peacock Alley inspired lounge and a signature restaurant, and there are additional plans for a rooftop bar.

Denver booms

“The Greater Denver area is becoming a hub for upscale living and innovation, and we are confident the legacy and prestige of the Waldorf Astoria brand will fit well into both its existing fabric and the Cherry Creek neighbourhood,” said Kevin Maloney, founder and CEO, PMG.

“We look forward to debuting this new chapter of sophistication and impeccable hospitality to the region’s residents.”
