The prolific upscale brand franchised by Choice Hotels International has expanded its Golden State footprint with the launch of the 125-key Cambria Hotel Calabasas.

The newly opened 125-room Cambria Hotel Calabasas is located at 26400 Rondell Street, close to the Santa Monica Mountains and countless trails for hiking and mountain biking, as well as some of Malibu’s prettiest beaches. Guests also find themselves within easy reach of Malibu Creek State Park, Pepperdine University, the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, Cheesecake Factory and Harbor Freight.

An upscale hotel experience
The new Calabasas hotel is home to 125 contemporary and sophisticated guestrooms with design-forward fixtures, abundant lighting, spa-like bathrooms and plush bedding. Its accommodation offering is complemented by a host of facilities, including multifunctional event space, a fitness centre, a barista coffee bar and a dining venue offering freshly made food with local craft beers, wine and specialty cocktails.
In addition, Cambria Hotel Calabasas features locally inspired interior design and comprises indoor and outdoor spaces for working and relaxing, not least an open-air dining patio and external pool. It’s been developed by Rondell Hotel, which is managed by the Malibu-based Weintraub Real Estate Group.
In California, the hotel joins stablemates Cambria Hotel Anaheim Resort Area, Cambria Hotel LAX, Cambria Hotel Sonoma Wine Country and the recently opened Cambria Hotel Napa Valley.
