This hotel will mark the return of the Hyatt Regency Brand to the Philippines. Set to open in 2022, the Hyatt Regency Clark will be part of Donggwang Clark Corporation’s (DCC) 763.5-acre mixed use project, which has been dubbed the D’Heights Resort. It will be located in Clark, Philippines, which is less than 70 miles northwest of Metro Manila, and the hotel itself will have 350 rooms for guests.

Hotel Okura Tokyo

 width=The Okura Tokyo is slated to open for guests in September 2019, thereby replacing the reputed but aging Hotel Okura Tokyo. Like its predecessor, the new facility is slated to feature traditional Japanese beauty, as well as an emphasis on simplicity and elegance. It will feature a total of 508 luxury hotel rooms for guests, spread throughout two buildings in a Central Tokyo Okura property, all of which will be covered by lush gardens and greenery. It will begin to accept reservations in April 2019 for individuals, and in September 2018 for meetings, conferences and other exhibitions.
