Three projects have been mooted for the Middle East, incidentally, of which two are in the UAE. And Africa will get two new Element properties, while only one will open in Europe.
Element Hotels’ most noteworthy projects
Element Yinchuan Hotel will be centrally located in the Binhe New District area of Yinchuan in northern China. This 200-key property will be situated in a mixed-use development project initiated by the NHAR Administration, which will also consist of four parks, an art gallery and an artists’ village. Guests at the hotel can look forward to enjoying signature services such as the Rise breakfast, the Relax evening wine reception and free bike rental. The opening date is set for Q2 2021.
Elsewhere, Element Nashville Vanderbilt West End will be part of the vibrant 19-acre mixed-use development oneC1TY. Surrounded by Vanderbilt University, three major medical centres, the corporate headquarters of several large companies and Nashville’s famous Music Row, this 175-room hotel certainly boasts a great location. The grand opening will take place in February 2021.
Lastly, another opening planned for February 2021 is the 112-key Element Bend, which will be situated close to the centre of this charming city in Oregon. The hotel will feature keyless check-in, bicycles for guests to borrow, and a fully equipped kitchen in every suite, as well as a 24-hour fitness studio and saline pool.
