Aparthotel operator Bob W has signed two properties in the city of Valencia, launching the brand into a new Spanish destination and adding 82 keys to its portfolio.

Bob W Valencia Patraix will offer guests the choice of a studio apartment, to stay in, with the property having 62 units and opening in September 2026. Across the city, an alternative will be offered at Bob W Valencia Turia, which is a block with 20 one bedroom apartments, which is planned for completion in the second quarter of 2027.

A Choice of Accommodation Options

The Patraix property has been developed by Grupo Collado, and meets the highest of environmental standards, with solar panels on the roof, and high levels of thermal insulation. The ground level space features landacaping to provide shade and natural cooling, creating attractive outdoor spaces. Guests will also appreciate the property’s proximity to two metro stations, just 10 minutes away on foot.

The smaller property, Bob W Valencia Turia is in the city’s La Saidia district. It has been developed as part of a multi-site partnership with a private family office which has backed several Bob W developments, and in this case features design by local architect Nihil Studio.

“These two properties reflect the range of what Bob W can deliver, from rapidly onboarding a state-of-the-art new building to working with development partners to bring projects to life from the ground up,” commented Niko Karstikko, CEO and co-founder of Bob W. “As we continue expanding across Europe and the UK, we remain focused on securing exceptional properties in neighbourhoods that allow guests to experience cities like a local.”

While new to Valencia, Bob W is already an established part of the hospitality landscape in Spain. The group launched in the country in 2022, opening in Madrid. Further openings are already planned in Valencia and Alicante, with the group’s director of Iberian expansion, Badis Boudjakdji, seeking further opportunities.

Bob W’s growing pipeline includes a number of additional sites across Germany. In June 2026, the group signed a new property in Stuttgart, Germany. The 136 unit property in the city’s Bad Cannstatt district will open in 2027. the group recently opened Bob W Dortmund, and has additional developments under way in Hamburg, Leipzig and Bonn.

In Austria, Bob W Vienna has recently opened, building momentum in the country. Further sites in Graz and Salzburg have been secured, guaranteeing further growth in the country.

Building a Europewide Portfolio
