The hotel and resort management company has added two properties in the Mile High City, both of which have been earmarked for multimillion-dollar refurbishments, to its portfolio.

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Denver and DoubleTree by Hilton Denver Central Park are the latest additions to Benchmark Pyramid’s roster.

A new chapter for the hotels

Benchmark Pyramid has taken over management of DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Denver and DoubleTree by Hilton Denver Central Park, with ambitious plans in the works to enhance both properties. It means the company now has a global portfolio of 245 hotels.

Warren Fields, CEO of Benchmark Pyramid, said: “With deep experience in the market having managed multiple hotels over the years, this portfolio addition strengthens our presence in Colorado. We are very familiar with the DoubleTree by Hilton brand and the local marketplace, advantages we will utilise to quickly improve performance.

“In addition to benefiting from shared best practices and economies of scale, both properties will further profit from upcoming, planned, multimillion-dollar refurbishments, making them the ideal choice for business and leisure travellers to the Denver area.”

Delivering Doubletree’s service offering

Located on Quebec Street, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Denver places guests right across the street from the United Airlines Flight Training Center. In addition to its 561 rooms and suites, the hotel has three dining concepts, a 24-hour fitness centre, an indoor pool, a hot tub, 28,459 sq ft of meeting space and a business centre. F&B options here include the Ground*ed grab-and-go concept; Knife & Board, a full-service restaurant focusing on Colorado cuisine; and Character’s Sports Bar.

Positioned between Denver International Airport and the downtown corridor, meanwhile, DoubleTree by Hilton Denver Central Park accommodates travellers across 300 rooms and suites. Among the many facilities on offer are Amberstone Grill, Amberstone Bar, a fitness centre, an outdoor pool, 13,741 sq ft of meeting space and a business centre.
