After extensive renovation, the former Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel & Conference Center will become home to two hotels to cater to a wider audience.
One building, two brands: after extensive renovation, the former Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel & Conference Center will become two hotels.
On top of the existing Sheraton brand, Marriott International will bring its main Marriott hotel brand to the property.
Redrawing the floorplan
The former Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel & Conference Center consisted of three separate buildings.
Now, they will be split into The Frankfurt Airport Marriott Hotel with 233 guest rooms and the Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel & Conference Center with 779 guest rooms of various categories and sizes.
As part of the redesign, each of the two hotels will receive its own entrance and lobby area to provide the branded check-in experience. The area housing the new Frankfurt Airport Marriott Hotel will be completely transformed.
With the double brand strategy, Marriott International aims to offer guests more options and flexibility. The planned changes have already been discussed with and approved by the Le-Be Hotel Company at Frankfurt / Main mbH, who owns the building complex.
