Developed by Signa Real Estate Management, Adina Hotel Vienna Belvedere boasts 134 rooms and its very own swimming pool in the heart of the Austrian capital.

Adina Hotel Vienna Belvedere is starting to welcome guests – the first of five openings that the brand’s planning across Europe this year.

Adina Hotels makes a splash in Vienna

Spread over seven floors, this new Adina Hotel contains 115 studios, 17 one-bedroom apartments and a pair of two-bedroom apartments. It’s also one of only seven hotels in the city to feature a swimming pool.

Chris Sedgwick, TFE Hotels Group COO, said: “In recent years, we have invested extensively in increasing the experience, liveability and design of our Adina Hotels. And, in the next 12 months, our guests can expect to see cutting-edge design and beautiful showpiece hotels opening across continental Europe including Cologne, Munich, Wiesbaden and Düsseldorf, followed by Stuttgart and Adina’s debut in Switzerland in 2022.”

Independence and style in Quartier Belvedere

Vienna’s newest city district, Quartier Belvedere, provides a fitting home for the scheme. This chic and contemporary destination offers guests the best of modern Vienna, as well as convenient access to the renowned Belvedere Palace and the new railway station.

The hotel itself has a wealth of amenities, including an airy and inviting lobby, bar and compact retail area on the ground floor. Those who like to keep fit on the go, meanwhile, will be delighted by the inclusion of a fitness centre, sauna and swimming pool. And business travellers can host small meetings and events in the property’s lounge and terrace.

The general manager of Adina Hotel Vienna Belvedere, which was developed by Signa Real Estate Management, is Roman Krüger, who has been part of the Adina Europe family since November 2019.

He said: “It is very exciting after weeks and months of planning and work to finally be able to welcome the first guests. My team and I are looking forward to establishing the Adina brand here in Vienna and successfully building up the hotel business.

“With the addition of the studios and apartments, Adina offers the necessary security and freedom right now to be independent and flexible in self-catering, but at the same time to enjoy our service and comfort.”
