Marriott International’s latest property in Texas, Austin Marriott Downtown, features 613 keys and an impressive array of F&B venues.
Hotel giant Marriott International has bolstered its portfolio in the highly competitive Texan market with the launch of an eye-catching scheme in Austin.
A Marriott hotel in the centre of the action
Occupying a 31-storey tower in the heart of one of Texas’ largest cities, Austin Marriott Downtown boasts 613 keys, 25 of which are luxurious suites. Its guestrooms, which start on the seventh floor, offer unparallelled skyline views via generous floor-to-ceiling windows.
The property, which is owned and operated by White Lodging, also benefits from a prime location just a stone’s throw away from some of Austin’s most popular destinations.

Impressive amenities in Austin
The hotel draws on the locale in its design and execution, and uses native Texas Cedar throughout. Moreover, business guests can avail themselves of 60,000 sq ft of flexible meeting space, including an 18,000 sq ft exhibit hall and two 14,000 sq ft ballrooms.
There are also a number of exciting F&B options onsite. Zanzibar wows with its tropical roof terrace, pool, tiki cocktails and small plates that recall island life, and Corinne Restaurant combines a large outdoor patio with a crowd-pleasing American comfort food menu. Elsewhere, The Lobbyist is a stylish cocktail bar spread over two storeys that overlooks the hotel lobby, while Loaf + Vine is an urban grocery story that has fresh produce, various grab-and-go options and tasty snacks.
