The city’s largest downtown ground-up hotel development in 40 years, Signia by Hilton Atlanta has announced that it is now accepting reservations for March 2024.

This 976-key property will overlook the Mercedes‑Benz Stadium and feature an array of amenities including six signature food and beverage venues.

For sports and entertainment fans

Owned by Georgia World Congress Center Authority, this forthcoming Signia by Hilton hotel is located next to Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena and will provide direct access to Georgia World Congress Center via a pedestrian walkway.

“With six signature food and beverage experiences and elements that pay homage to the destination, Signia by Hilton Atlanta is sure to become an icon in the southeast,” said Teri Agosta, general manager, Signia by Hilton Atlanta.

“As we prepare to open our doors, we look forward to being a part of this community and showcasing our reliable and friendly hospitality to guests and locals alike.”

A landmark property

This new Signia by Hilton hotel is being developed on the repurposed foundation of the Georgia Dome. Rising up to 453 ft, the property is redefining the city skyline as the tallest building on the westside.

On opening, the hotel will host guests in six dining and drinking venues including an Italian-inspired kitchen, upscale sports pub, all-day dining restaurant for Southern cuisine and a pool bar offering cocktails alongside Southern picnic bites.

Facilities at the hotel are to include a spa, beauty bar and fitness centre with Peloton bikes and yoga stations. Events will be held in over 100,000 sq ft of flexible meeting and event space including three boardrooms, the largest hotel ballroom in Georgia, an outdoor event deck and event lawn.

This hotel is the first-ever new build for the Signia by Hilton brand.
