VDA for the Address Hotel Dubai Mall

Our scope included the supply, installation, testing & commissioning for Guest Room Management System based on industry standard low voltage Modbus protocol technology. Digivalet* integration is considered to be an additional VDA solution incorporated with guest room management system, products and services.

Within guest rooms, we have considered our intelligent room controller unit with embedded IP port to achieve the control of Air conditioner/Light. To increase the capacity of the system by add on expanders or dimmer modules with respective address and get connected to the system by Mod Bus. The proposed system is scalable to any additional requirement of relay / dimming outputs. The use of the conventional Mechanical Card Holder for energy conservation is eliminated and replaced with a combination of a door contact and a Passive Infrared sensor. Thermostat integrated with 6 button switches is used for controlling the temperature. The unit has an embedded temperature sensor to display and monitor the exact room temperature. All of the light scenarios are achieved through the 2 Gang & 6 Gang switches provided with corona LED Backlight (RGB), Single Touch for ON/OFF function, & Press & Hold for dimming function/scenes.
