The Brand and the Development

Minor Reserve Collection is a new luxury collection from Minor Hotels, built around one-of-a-kind hotels and resorts chosen for their rarity, character, and sense of place. The Phuket resort will be the hospitality centerpiece of Gardens of Eden, a 33-acre integrated luxury living and wellness destination that will also include Etro Residences and Gardens of Eden Residences.

Design and Setting

Martin Palleros of Tierra Design is behind the project, which is meant to reflect the natural setting of Bang Tao. Wellness is a defining part of the concept, and the resort’s location next to a protected national park and close to Laguna Phuket and the airport adds to the draw.

Partnership and Portfolio

Gardens of Eden CEO Alexander Chuvalov said the project is entering its next phase and that pairing Minor’s luxury hospitality expertise with the Gardens of Eden vision should appeal to both international travelers and residents. Romero called the signing a milestone for Minor’s luxury strategy, noting that Thailand is home for the company.

Minor Hotels has more than 640 hotels, resorts, and branded residences open or committed across 67 countries.
