The Tower in Four Takes
The Design
Aedas designed the 61-story, 247.8-meter tower with Mongolian culture in mind. Traditional dance and windmills both inspired the form. When it’s finished in 2028, it’s set to be the tallest building in the country.
The Hotel
Conrad Ulaanbaatar will have 227 rooms, four dining venues, and almost 1,800 square meters of meeting and event space. Wellness is covered too, with an indoor pool and a spa. The offer is aimed at both business travelers and leisure guests.
The Mix
