The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas names Chris Lee as General Manager

A seasoned hotelier with a passion for service excellence and operational innovation is set to lead the Forbes Five-Star property into its next chapter

The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas has recently announced the appointment of Chris Lee as General Manager. With an extensive background in luxury hospitality and a proven record of excellent leadership, Lee brings a wealth of experience to his new role at the Forbes Five Star property.

“I am honored to lead The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas and our incredibly talented team of ladies and gentlemen,” said Lee. “With a team renowned for service excellence, I’m excited to work together to further enhance our guest experience while developing and mentoring our exceptional associates.”

Lee’s hospitality footprint

Lee’s journey in hospitality began in 2006 in the Rooms Division at Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole. He later advanced into executive roles at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami, as well as Four Seasons properties in Silicon Valley and St. Louis, further cementing his expertise in luxury service operations.

In 2017, Lee joined InterContinental® Hotels & Resorts, where he spent eight years in several leadership roles, including General Manager positions in Los Angeles and Washington D.C. At InterContinental The Wharf, he led a successful post-pandemic recovery, drove record revenues for three years, oversaw major renovations, and elevated the property to top rankings in guest satisfaction and global recognition.

Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University. Before his hospitality career, he served on active duty in the U.S. Army.
