Dusit’s latest signing in the Philippines will bring Thai-inspired hospitality to the tallest skyscraper in San Juan City

Dusit International, one of Thailand’s leading hotel and property development companies, has recently signed a hotel management agreement with Primex Realty Corporation to bring Dusit Greenhills Manila to life. Scheduled to open in 2026, this latest signing will bring Thai-inspired hospitality to the Philippines.

Elevated living at Dusit Greenhills Manila

Located in San Juan City, Metro Manila, and built across the top 10 floors of Primex Tower (see, now our heading makes a lot more sense, right?), this upscale urban retreat will feature 200 guest rooms and world-class facilities. The tower, the tallest in the area, will also feature retail and office spaces, making it an ideal location for both business and leisure travel.

Dusit Greenhills Manila will provide a range of top-of-the-line amenities, including

  • Benjarong, an award-winning Thai restaurant offering traditional flavors
  • An all-day dining restaurant serving international favorites
  • A rooftop bar serving drinks and offering a panoramic view of the skyline
  •  A rooftop swimming pool, beautifully designed for guests to unwind high above the city
  • A well-equipped gym for visitors to stay on top of their routines
  • Fully equipped meeting rooms for work, events, or anything in between
  • A grand ballroom with spectacular city views (can you imagine the beauty at night?)

Dusit’s expanding global presence

Karlvin Ernest L Ang, Executive Vice President and Director of Primex Realty Corporation, said, “We are pleased to collaborate with Dusit International to bring a world-class hotel experience to Primex Tower. Dusit’s reputation for luxury hospitality, combined with our vision for this landmark development, will create an outstanding destination in San Juan. We are confident that this partnership will add significant value to our flagship project, and we look forward to its success.”
