W Pompano Beach Hotel & Residences will be located at Pompano Beach, a bustling Florida city just north of Fort Lauderdale and 36 miles north of Miami.
All of the hotel’s 296 rooms will face the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Developed by Related Group and BH Group, this 24-story tower will be managed by Marriott’s luxury W Hotels brand.
The nearly four-acre site will provide a luxury experience for guests and residents, with 24-hour service, private transportation, personal chefs, grocery shopping, dog walking and plant care.
On top of the 296 fully furnished condo-hotel suites, there will also be 74 condominium residences and three penthouses with private rooftops.
The five-star hotel project is due to open in 2029 and is currently in pre-planning stages.
Amenities explored
Exclusive resident-only amenities include a private pool, club lounge, and fitness centre.
W will also be bringing its signature WET Pool Deck to the Floridian outpost, which will be a 63,000-square-foot space with private cabanas, a full-service bar and grill, and a jacuzzi.
Public amenities include the Living Room gathering space, a fitness centre, a yoga studio, and the signature AWAY Spa offering wellness treatments, a cold plunge, a sauna, steam rooms, and beauty services.
