The luxury lifestyle and hospitality brand will welcome Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Ras Al Khaimah in 2025, in the beachfront community of Mina Al Arab.

Local integration

The destination will feature Nikki Beach’s luxury service and amenities, including the signature Nikki Spa, Tone Gym, and restaurant concepts.

The 155-key resort, designed by Gensler, a global architecture, design, and planning firm, will integrate with the locality, emphasising sustainability and local craftsmanship. Gensler will follow the Barjeel guidelines set by the RAK Municipality, integrating local products and natural materials in all aspects of the building and its interiors, connecting with local artists and incorporating the latest sustainable technology in the design.

25th anniversary

As Nikki Beach celebrates its 25th anniversary this year, the firm has grown into a global, multifaceted luxury lifestyle and hospitality brand with 11 beach clubs, five hotels and resorts and branded residences.

While the line is known for its lively luxury beach club and resort destinations around the world, it has recently announced several new resorts worldwide where visitors can experience a more relaxed barefoot luxury environment. Upcoming property openings include Muscat, Oman; Antigua, Caribbean; and Baku, Azerbaijan.
