Working remotely used to be something limited to primarily freelancer nomads. After the pandemic, we had to adapt fast and rethink the typical white cube office.

Bringing remote workers together

Working from home has its benefits and its downsides, but we can all agree that some of us took advantage of this opportunity to reinvent working altogether, with or without a virus.

If you could do the work you’re doing right now anywhere else in the world, why not travel and explore new places?

This week, we’ve selected five ahead-of-their-time projects that provide guests with charming spaces to focus, work, study, read their favourite travel novel or simply check out the newspaper in a quiet space.

These range from lively biophilic spaces and rooftops with hanging plants to sleek modern interiors and cosy warm-lighted common areas. Unique environments for working travellers and adventurous students.
